Beyond Windows 7
Computer world has always been exciting and intriguing because of the new softwares and technologies that these technical giant firms come up with. Just when we think that the technology we are using is the ultimate, a new technology comes up challenging the features and flaws of the existing technology. For years people were using Windows 98 and Windows 2000 and when they were hooked with it, Windows XP was launched by Microsoft that took the market by storm. After Windows XP, it was time for Windows Vista to capture the market by its awesome onscreen graphics and interface which was similar to the stable Windows XP but still unique in its own ways, than recently we heard about the launch of Windows 7 which is the latest offering from Microsoft. So what’s next?
Windows 7 is already making news across the globe because of its superb interface and graphics and many people have already started claiming that it is the best operating system offered by Microsoft. On the other hand a group of software critics say that Windows 7 might have proved that its good but it will still take some time for Windows 7 to prove that it is a stable operating system that would soon overtake Windows XP which is so far the most successful and stable operating system by the Microsoft.
So will Microsoft go ahead and come out with any other new operating system that will cover the flaws of Microsoft 7 or they will play a waiting game and come up with some service packs and security patches that will stitch up the loop holes in the operating system. So far Microsoft has not made any statement that they have another operating system on their mind but most of them are aware that something must be happening in the Microsoft’s labs.
