		<description>You aren&#039;t missing much. The proper way to tap a guiness involves a special tap (co2 and nitrogen mixing line) and a lot of time. A proper guiness sits for at LEAST five minutes after being tapped, for that famous rolling head to form.

Looks to me like all this thing does is knock the bubbles around a bit, and convince the convection in the head bubbles to get going, so it looks more like the TV commercial.</description>
