i dont have bluetooth technology in my computer,how to connect my mobile to internet?

i want my mobile to be connected to GPRS and internet(my mobile has all options).but i dont know the procedure.if you have the answer please let me know.
Internet through GPRS is provided by service providers in your area. So find the service provider and get a connection first.
Then either through the USB cable or a blue tooth dongle connect your moblie to computer.
If you have mobile CD, install the software (Driver files also) to computer and blue tooth sttings in mobile may be enabled. Surf the net after dialling using dialer software, or other links based on service provider.
