In Australia is it true that in Information Technology you get paid 0 or more per hour in any type of IT job? if so then what type of IT Job?

Where did you hear that? If you work for a company and go on assignment the company might CHARGE $500 per hour but you get a salary – the company gets the money – expect 20-40$ per hour depending on how many years you have worked for them.
