met this girl from Nigeria here on the internet she is sweet and gorgeous. and white…lol
she says she cannot do yahoo messenger voice or webcam.
is it true Nigeria or Africa in whole are behind in internet technology
the part about not being able to do yahoo messenger voice and webcam can't be true.
i know someone who lives in nigeria and he has been asking if i have a webcam at home, so we can see each other while chatting via yahoo messenger.
The guy i know uses the system at the internet cybercafe and told me that every system there is affixed with a webcam.
