Hosting is probably on an NT, win2k or win2003 server.
The site is written in ASP (active server pages). A microsoft server side scripting language hence the guess for microsoft servers.
The code isnt very nice and god knows what standard they are aiming for but it works ;O)
The domain name is regd through network solutions.
Looks like the host is savvis.net
