For example is it possible for a person to do a live web cam feed through another website instead of their own website so people can view it? The person doesn't have their own site so the feed is transferred to another site so people can log onto that site to see the live feed.
You have to have access to the site that streams the video, so that you can put the code you need to create the stream on the site. (You do have your own website – just install WAMPP on your computer and learn how to set it up.
