It either .NET or Java(JSP). Java was a more dominant but .NET is catching on.
Keep in mind all the big companies were using UNIX servers for 30 years already so it is very unlikely that they will switch to Microsoft. So the big companies are staying with Unix/Java.
Small new companies are switching to .NET
