with our current technology, is it possible to create a baby with an IQ of 300?

i’ve heard of being able to select baby’s sex or hair color..
how about their iq?
i’m just wondering if this could be done…because i seriously can’t wait for someone to create all the cool high-tech equipments..like time machine.
